With the growing demands for email communication, you might think faxing is no longer a predominant communication form. The truth of the matter is that fax volumes continue to grow as we simply continue to manage more information.
Our multifunction systems introduce a new fax technology that combines the email feature to augment the faxing option.
Scan to Email Using our fax system, you can scan and send documents via email instead of fax by entering the email address into the system using the integrated keyboard. Your document will then be sent directly to its destination as an email attachment.
Inbound Fax Routing Incoming faxes can also be converted digitally and routed to the system administrator as an email attachment. They can then be rerouted to the appropriate email destination. In some cases, faxes can even be routed automatically to various email addresses.
Other features make faxing even more useful:
Dual Access As is the case with copying, waiting for a job cycle to finish on the conventional fax machine was a great inconvenience. Our Dual Access technology solves that problem by allowing the scan to process simultaneously even as the system is busy sending and receiving faxes. Once scanned, the fax will be in the queue to be sent as soon as the phone line gets freed up for the next job.
Dual Line High volume faxing locations can suffer significantly with the single line connection capability of the conventional fax machines—you will be forced to connect multiple conventional fax machines to increase performance. Our multifunction systems eliminate that problem by allowing multiple lines to be connected to one system. You can even reserve one line for receiving only, ensuring that you will not miss a critical incoming fax.
We carry a variety of fax systems for custom configuration:
Standalone Faxes Business-class systems are dedicated fax machines that are dependable, handling the faxing duty reliably in a busy office environment.
Multifunction Systems Most multifunction systems include faxing capabilities. For occasional fax usage, it is a great option because copy function can be emulated to include fax function.
Fax Servers Network fax severs interconnect computers to send and receive faxes by sharing one or more fax lines within the entire network, thus allowing a cost-effective setup.
