Proof of Concept

Once the variables are identified for optimization, we will prepare a short proof-of-concept presentation for our clients. We will explain how your objectives may be attained through an optimized workflow. During this collaboration meeting, we will discuss the feasibility of the project and determine parameters for successful execution.

System Design

The next step of this process is to develop a customized solution. We will work toward integrating your current technologies with best-in-class solutions to streamline the flow of information within your business processes. We will also work to develop a system that will enhance regulatory compliance as well as disaster recovery strategies.

Solution Presentation

As part of the analysis, you will receive a written report of our proposed recommendations. The report will outline the benefits achieved through our solutions, budgetary concerns along with a return of investment analysis, and the proposed schedule to implement the system.

Implementation

Our proposed solutions will include full system integration as well the necessary end-user trainings. We have knowledgeable IT staff who can work together with your IT professionals to assure a smooth transition. We are also able to complete the tasks independently if your company does not maintain an on-site IT service team. The end-user training will be performed through our training department with emphasis on seamless adoption of the new system.
